Refund Policy

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

This page sets out the policy of Reward Supply Co Pty Ltd ACN 010 183 669 (T/A Reward Hospitality) and our related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (Reward Hospitality, Reward, We and Us) which applies to all purchases made on our website (www.rewardhospitality.com.au) (Website).  

By submitting purchase orders to Us via the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.  If you do not accept this policy, you should cease submitting any purchase orders via the Website immediately.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time and We may give you notice of any amendments by publication on the Website or by some other means of notification.  You will be deemed to have had knowledge of such amendments and to have accepted this policy if you continue to access submit purchase orders via the Website after amendment of this policy.

For the avoidance of doubt, this policy is deemed to be a written agreement between Us and you and in the event of any conflict with Reward’s Terms and Conditions of Trade which can be accessed here, this policy will prevail.

1.    ORDERS & DELIVERIES

1.1.    All orders placed through the Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Reward Hospitality.

1.2.    Reward Hospitality may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Reward Hospitality requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Reward Hospitality, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

1.3.    Freight charges may apply for deliveries to regional or distanced locations.

1.4.    If there is no-one of appropriate age at the delivery address to receive and/or pay for the order, Reward Hospitality may charge you additional delivery fees.

1.5.    Once goods are delivered to you, We not responsible for any loss or damage.  However, all good remain the property of Reward Hospitality until paid for in full.

2.    PAYMENT & SECURITY

2.1    For each online order, you must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Reward Hospitality.

2.2    In order to maintain the security of your purchase order and credit card details, all personal and credit card information provided to Reward Hospitality is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data.

3.    RETURNS

As a customer, you are entitled to request a refund, repair, replacement if there is a major failure in respect of any goods purchased from Us.  A major failure is when goods are:
•    faulty or unsafe;
•    materially different from the goods as they were advertised or promoted by Us; or 
•    substantially unfit for the purpose for which they were sold by Us.

5.    WELCOME DISCOUNT

Reward’s ‘Welcome Discount’, ‘Spend & Save Discount’ and any other Website discount offers are only valid for Website purchases valued at over $100, exclude all equipment and furniture and can only be used once per customer.  To qualify for such discount offers, the promo code must be entered upon checkout.  Reward’s discount offers are not valid in conjunction with any other Reward discount code/s or offers and cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase. Reward reserves the right to alter or cancel any of its discount offer promotions at any time and Reward’s normal Terms and Conditions of Trade, which can be accessed here continue to apply.

6.    PRICE MATCH PROMISE

Reward’s ‘Price Match Promise’ applies to any lower published price for an in-stock, like-for-like product offered on the same terms in Australia and is exclusive of customer discount or rebate. Like-for-like means the relevant goods should be the same brand and specification (colour/ make/ model/ size etc).  The relevant goods must also be offered with the same delivery service and warranty as offered by Reward and must be in stock and available for delivery at the time of ordering.  Reward will not match the price where there are hidden extras charged by Reward’s competitor, such as delivery charges.  In order to qualify, the price must be published in writing in quotation format, or on the competitor's branded letterhead.  Reward’s ‘Price Match Promise’ excludes comparing like-for-like goods from companies within the Reward group of companies.  Reward at all times reserves the right to refuse a Price Match Promise request where the above requirements are not met.
